Kummero vs. Hazel et al.
While walking home on New Years’ Evening, Mr. Kummero was run over by a car while crossing the street. Mr. Kummero, a decorated Vietnam Veteran, sustained significant injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, and multiple broken bones. After a hasty investigation, police assigned 100% fault to Mr. Kummero. While Mr. Kummero was still in the hospital recovering, his family hired Braddock Law to fight for their father. The Braddock Law team immediately opened their own investigation and quickly uncovered new evidence proving it was Mr. Kummero that had the right-of-way at the time of the collision. In the end, Braddock law obtained a $250,000.00 policy-limit award on behalf of Mr. Kummero, who now has the needed resources to continue his ongoing recovery.
